Laurianne McLaughlin

Laurianne McLaughlin joined The Bloom Group in 2015 as Content Director and works with clients on thought leadership strategy and content. Previously, she served as's Editor-in-Chief for almost four years. At InformationWeek, where she directed online content strategy and news operations, Laurie led a complete relaunch of the site and won Folio’s 2014 Eddie Award for best B-to-B Website, Technology.

An online content innovator with more than 20 years of experience in technology journalism, Laurie has also served as managing editor at IDG’s; as senior editor, online, at Business 2.0; and as a senior editor for PC World. Her writing and editing work has won multiple awards, including ASBPE's 2010 B2B Website of the Year award for

Laurie's areas of expertise include enterprise and consumer technology, digital business transformation, CIO role, IT leadership, cloud, virtualization, and big data. She has a proven track record building community engagement, social engagement, and SEO optimization.
