In 2017, Bloom Group worked with a consulting and training company, Career Systems International (CSI), to capture its expertise on employee retention. The first step was creating what we refer to as a “keystone” document, which explained CSI’s point of view on the issue. (You can register to download that paper here.)
The next step was to work with CSI authors Beverly Kaye, Cile Johnson and Lynn Cowart on a submission to Human Resource Executive magazine, one of the top publications for HR managers in the U.S. It published the CSI opinion article submission in both its December 2017 print and online editions.
The third step was to help the authors prepare and submit a different slant on their point of view to Harvard Business Review. HBR published that article in January 2018.
